Back to business - JJ

Jermaine Jenas insists there is no time to dwell on our Wembley woe with a crucial Premier League match against Middlesbrough just around the corner.

Jermaine Jenas insists there is no time to dwell on our Wembley woe with a crucial Premier League match against Middlesbrough just around the corner.

We suffered the heartbreak of a penalty shoot-out defeat in the Carling Cup Final against Manchester United on Sunday.

The game finished goalless after extra time before United took the shoot-out 4-1.

As JJ points out, the focus in now quickly shifted to a Boro side who travel to the Lane on Wednesday having found form again - they beat West Ham in the FA Cup last week and following up with a league win against Liverpool on Saturday.

"We can take a lot out of the final," said midfielder JJ. "There was a lot of courage and effort and if we put that in from now until the end of the season then we'll climb that league.

"We haven't got time to think about it though.

"Regardless of if we won or lost, we have a very important game on Wednesday that we have to focus on.

"We have to recover as much as we can and make sure we are ready for Middlesbrough.

"It's physically and mentally draining and when you don't win it's heartbreaking. You go through an abundance the emotions but we have to pick ourselves up.

"It's back to business on Wednesday night."
