Apprentice winner inspires students on Enterprise programme

Former Apprentice winner and Spurs fan, Lee McQueen, visited White Hart Lane to inspire students taking part in a Premier League Enterprise programme run by the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation.
Students from five local schools attended a full day of activities at the stadium for the Sport Relief-funded initiative, which aims to raise motivation and self-esteem levels of secondary school pupils, as well as enabling them to learn about the business aspects of a football club.
The day began with an inspirational talk from 2008 Apprentice winner McQueen. The Season Ticket holder shared his knowledge as an entrepreneur and expressed the importance of hard work and dedication.
McQueen said: “As a passionate Spurs supporter, it’s a privilege being asked to come to the Lane and speak to the children about my experiences. The educational work that goes on behind the scenes at the Club is inspirational and it’s a testament to the hard work of the Foundation.”
