Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Popular TV duo Ant & Dec visited Spurs Lodge for a spot of penalty practice ahead of their final challenge on the Saturday Night Takeaway show.

The pair, who were all square at 5-5 in going into the last challenge, prepared for a penalty shoot-out against David Seaman in Saturday night's show and they enlisted the help of Robbie Keane and Jermain Defoe to point them in the right direction in the art of spot-kick taking.

"In Saturday Night Takeaway we've got an item called 'Ant vs Dec' where we compete against each other every week," explained Anthony McPartlin.

"It's five-all and this is the decider so we thought we'd come down and get some tips off the lads."

Declan Donnelly added that not all the challenges have been completely painless - one of them left him with broken bones!

"One of the previous challenges was to ride a motorbike through a ring of fire, which we did.

"Unfortunately I came off and fractured my elbow and thumb. It is just out of the sling and this is winner takes all, so it is very tense.

"This is the most sporty one we've done so far and the one we've been looking forward to. Penalties is the best way to decide it, best of five then sudden death.

"It will all be live on Saturday night."

Ant appeared to be getting his excuses in early by reporting he actually plays in goal, while Dec claimed to be the sporty one, a 'box to box midfielder'.

It was put to the likable double-act that a visit to Spurs was very fitting after we banked three points at the expense of their beloved Newcastle on Sunday with a fine victory.

"A fine victory for you!" responded Ant. "It was one of those where I couldn't see us scoring from the start, to be honest.

"It gets us back for the FA Cup and we kind of expected it," chipped in Dec, who agreed the outcome of that game did not exactly reflect the run of play. "I think we were the better team for 15 minutes..."

Ant and Dec went on to take part in the warm-up session with the first team squad before later separating for their penalty masterclass. Dec was with Robbie taking penalties against Hans Segers, with Ant teaming up with Jermain to do likewise against Marton Fulop.

Dec won the shootout in Saturday night's show in what turned out to be a best-of-three contest - he netted all three with some style.
