Anji vs Spurs - Harry wants momentum

Harry Kane believes a positive result in the Europa League on Thursday night will inspire us to continue our impressive run of form on all fronts.
The young striker is eagerly anticipating our Group K fixture against Anji Makhachkala, which gets underway at 5pm UK time on Thursday, as we look to build on our 3-0 home win over Norwegian side Tromso IL at the Lane a fortnight ago.
And the England Under-21 international – who impressed as a substitute in last week’s win at Cardiff and played a key role in the subsequent 4-0 Capital One Cup win at Aston Villa – says continued success on the continent will only have a positive effect on our domestic endeavours in the Premier League.
“We’ve had a great start to the Europa League campaign this year, and we’re yet to concede a goal,” said Harry, looking back on our two-legged Play-Off Round victory over Dinamo Tbilisi and the aforementioned Tromso triumph.
“We’re looking forwarding to the Anji game, hopefully we can go out there and get the result we need – get the win – and then come back and push on in the League.
“It builds confidence, and we’ve got off to a great start in the group by winning the first game, so hopefully we can push on from it and win as many games as we can.”
