Andros hails 'fantastic' Ade

Andros Townsend has heaped praise on in-form striker Emmanuel Adebayor as the front man looks to continue his renaissance against Cardiff this weekend.

Ade’s bagged eight goals in 11 Premier League starts, also finding the net in the Capital One Cup, since his return to the fray at the end of last year.

And as we get set to host the Bluebirds on Sunday afternoon, winger Andros has spoken of his admiration for the towering target man.

“He’s been fantastic since he’s come back into the team,” Andros said.

“He’s been playing with the right attitude, he’s been chasing around, he’s looked hungry and he’s got his reward as he’s got his goals.

“I think everyone in the changing room is delighted for Ade.”
