All smiles as players join special coaching session in Hong Kong

It was smiles all round as our Global Coaching team delivered a special session to 230 young footballers and 40 coaches at the impressive setting of Hong Kong Football Club on Tuesday.
Located in the the middle of the famous Happy Valley Racecourse, this AIA/Hong Kong FC session saw teams from Under-6 to Under-16 enjoy the benefits of coaching in the Spurs way with the Global Coaching team - and then to cap it all, eight first team players turned up!
Toby Alderweireld, Harry Kane, Filip Lesniak, GK Nkoudou, Kazaiah Sterling, Jan Vertonghen, Michel Vorm and Victor Wanyama thrilled the local youngsters, joining in with the sessions, signing autographs and posing for many a selfie!

Global Coaching Manager Andy Rogers said: "First of all, we've had the opportunity to engage with players from Hong Kong Football Club and the kids were fantastic, really engaged and to have the first team players here as well topped it all off.
"In the first hour of the session we worked with Under-6s right through to Under-14s, we also had an additional needs group who came in called the Crusaders. In the second hour we worked with Under-14s to Under-16s.
"The sessions were structured, everyone knew what they were doing and the players were delighted to get involved."
