Following our progression to this year's Emirates FA Cup semi-finals, we are pleased to confirm the following details for our match on Saturday 21 April, 2018.

The match against Manchester United will take place at Wembley Stadium and kick-off at 5.15pm.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE TICKET PROCESS

Following the increase to 40,000 season ticket holders from the start of this season, the process we have previously followed for FA Cup semi-finals has been adapted as we no longer have an allocation that can meet the demand from all of our season ticket holders. Therefore, in line with our Terms and Conditions and the usual practice for any away fixture where demand for tickets outweighs the availability, we will allocate tickets for this match in line with the Club’s Loyalty Points process.

Additionally, based on feedback received from previous sale processes for FA Cup semi-finals, we will be running a staggered sales process to ensure that the wait times and overall purchase experience is better than in previous seasons.

We are delighted to confirm that all current season ticket holders with a total of 47 Loyalty Points or more as of 12noon on Wednesday 21 March, 2018, will be eligible to purchase a ticket for this FA Cup semi-final. There will be four separate sales windows for supporters to purchase their ticket in and anyone wishing to sit with friends and family in a different window are able to do so by waiting for the later sales window to open.

Supporters may use the Wembley Stadium seating guide to request tickets in preferred areas but these will be sold subject to availability.

How to buy a ticket: All sales for this match will be either online here or over the phone (0344 844 0102, option 1).

Tickets WILL NOT be on sale to supporters in person at the Ticket Office.

Season ticket holders will be able to apply in groups of up to 20, providing that all season ticket holders are within the phases which are eligible to purchase.

Phase 1

On sale between 10am and 1pm on Wednesday 4 April

Phase 2

Phase 4

In the event that tickets remain available once the final sales period is complete, we will contact season ticket holders who would then be eligible with instructions on how they can obtain a ticket for the match.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL APPLICANTS

Season ticket holders are reminded that this is not a home fixture and that Stadium Access Cards will NOT be valid for this fixture. Eligible season ticket holders MUST purchase a ticket should they wish to attend the fixture. Paper tickets will be sent to use to gain entry to Wembley Stadium on matchday.

Season ticket holders that are registered on our cup guarantee scheme are also reminded that this does not operate for this fixture and they will NOT be automatically charged for tickets for this match. Finally, we remind supporters that Wembley Pass Holders are NOT eligible for tickets to this fixture.

All tickets will be subject to a booking fee of £2.40 per ticket and a delivery charge of £2.50 per transaction. Tickets will not be dispatched from Tottenham, therefore tickets cannot be collected from the Ticket Office. We would also like to advise supporters that concession tickets cannot be upgraded once purchased under any circumstances.

Finally, all tickets are offered for sale as described above, subject to availability. In order to provide all supporters with as much choice and flexibility as possible to sit with friends and family, we are unable to guarantee seats in specific areas. Supporters may use the Wembley Stadium seating guide to request tickets in preferred areas but these will be sold subject to availability.
