'Tomorrow is another day' - Sonny
27 April 2016|Tottenham Hotspur
Heung-Min Son dusted himself down after Monday’s draw with West Bromwich Albion and declared: “The season is not finished.”
Results over recent days mean Leicester City need one win from their last three matches to seal the Premier League title.
But Sonny insists the players are determined not to let a fantastic season fizzle out in the last few games and remain fully focused on winning our remaining fixtures in a bid to enjoy a strong end to the campaign.
“Everyone is really disappointed and I know the fans are also upset,” said the South Korean international in the wake of Monday’s 1-1 draw at White Hart Lane.
“Maybe we deserved three points, we had many chances to score but this is football and we have to understand. We have to keep going with our heads up, the season is not finished and we keep going.
“Leicester will play before us now but seriously we have to look just at us.
“We are very young, we have very good players and we need every player. It’s normal to be disappointed but tomorrow is another day and we have to focus for next Monday against Chelsea. It will be a very difficult game but we will carry on looking forward, work very hard and see what happens.”
