Spurs TV - 1984 UEFA Cup documentary revisited

It was 32 years ago today (Monday, May 23) that we lifted the UEFA Cup after a tense penalty shootout against Anderlecht at White Hart Lane.
Having drawn the first leg 1-1 out in Belgium on May 9, 1984, thanks to Paul Miller’s goal, we reconvened in North London amid what was an exceptional atmosphere in and around our world-famous stadium.
Pure drama was to follow. We fell behind in the second half but, six minutes from time, Graham Roberts bulldozed his way through Anderlecht’s defence and smashed home the equaliser.
Having drawn 2-2 over the two legs, the tie went to a penalty shootout and after Danny Thomas unfortunately missed, goalkeeper Tony Parks made his second spot-kick save to seal the trophy for us.
