24 June 2016|Tottenham Hotspur
Students from Tottenham Hotspur Foundation’s Education and Football Development Centre at Epping Forest College got a special treat when Ledley King stopped by to present awards recognising their achievements last night (Thursday, June 23).
Ledley joined 30 students at the awards ceremony who are working towards gaining a BTEC level qualification in sport when they complete the course at the end of the 2016/17 academic year.
The Education and Football Development Centre at Epping Forest College is one of seven Centres delivering the Foundation’s flagship college programme which combines Academy-standard football coaching alongside academic studies for young people wanting to build a career in sports coaching or training.
Ledley delivered an inspiring talk to the young students about his time as a player and how he overcame difficulties during his career.
Congratulations go out to all of the students who picked up an award last night!
