Tottenham Hotspur Foundation is a long-term supporter of MOPAC, a football-based youth mentoring programme funded by the Premier League and Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime, targeting 12-18 year olds identified as being involved or at risk of becoming involved in crime.
This week, our Hotspur Way Training Centre opened its doors to young people from across London who have turned their lives around through the groundbreaking scheme.
The experience of competing in a football tournament wearing the colours of the club that has helped them onto a positive path provided an unforgettable experience, further demonstrating the life-changing power of football.
Of the 360 young people the Foundation has engaged through MOPAC, 75% have gone on to secure further education, training or employment opportunities.
