Harry pulled on the white shirt alongside Dele Alli, Eric Dier, Danny Rose and Kyle Walker at City's Etihad Stadium.
Dele produced a trademark assist to set-up Harry for the opener on four minutes. Turkey levelled on 13 and Harry missed a penalty before Jamie Vardy pounced for the winner 10 minutes from time.
All five our of players completed the 90 minutes as they matched a Club best for players in an England line-up - Clive Allen, Glenn Hoddle, Steve Hodge, Gary Mabbutt and Chris Waddle all started against Turkey in 1987.
"It's great we've so many Spurs players playing," Harry told us. "It's great for our Club and certainly something to be proud of.
"In terms of the game, it's a positive start and a good win. I was happy to score again and get us on our way, Dele managed another nutmeg and it fell nicely for me.
"Of course, I was disappointed about the missed penalty but that's football. I'll keep practising and I'll be ready for the next one."
