How do I buy a membership?
Every membership requires a Client Reference Number (CRN). Once you have generated a CRN by submitting your details, you will be able to buy One Hotspur membership.
If you already have a CRN, you can use this to purchase a membership - details on how to do this are below.
How to generate a CRN:
- REGISTER to create an account with Spurs.
- Enter your details and click 'Submit'
- You will now be able to 'Sign in' across all Tottenham Hotspur web platforms. Your CRN is displayed in the 'My Account' area of eticketing.co.uk/tottenhamhotspur/
How to buy One Hotspur membership:
- Login in with your CRN by clicking SIGN IN at eticketing.co.uk/tottenhamhotspur/.
- Choose your membership from the options here and choose between 'Direct Debit Discount' or 'Standard fee', then click 'Add to Basket'.
- To add family and friends membership to your basket, go back to the membership page and repeat step 2.
IMPORTANT: YOU CANNOT PAY FOR A DIRECT DEBIT DISCOUNT MEMBERSHIP AND A STANDARD FEE MEMBERSHIP IN THE SAME TRANSACTION.
- Review your order on the 'Your Basket' page, make sure all memberships are assigned to a CRN, and 'Proceed to Checkout'.
- Enter your payment information and confirm. Each member will receive a confirmation email on completion.
What are Ticketing Points?
Ticketing Points are earned by renewing membership, paying by Direct Debit, and purchasing match tickets. These are typically used to allocate match tickets for oversubscribed away matches (Inter Milan was sold to members in 2018/19.) New for the 2019/20 season, a selection of spaces at exclusive One Hotspur Member events will be made available on a Ticketing Point allocation basis.
What is Ticket Exchange and how do I access it?
Ticket Exchange is the Club’s secondary ticketing platform where Season Ticket Holders, unable to attend a match, can sell their ticket at face value. If a match sells out at the members ticket priority window stage, only members will have access to the Ticket Exchange. Last season, over 2500 seats were sold on average per match on the Ticket Exchange during the busy holiday end of season period.
When will I receive my Stadium Access Card?
If you were a Member in the 2018/19 season, you are reminded to NOT dispose of your Stadium Access Card. The same Access Cards will be required to gain entry to matches at the stadium for at least the next two seasons – you will not be issued another card during the summer.
If you are a new Member for the 2019/20 season, Stadium Access Cards will be included in your membership Gift Pack dispatched from September 2019.
How much will membership cost this season?
A one-off fee covers the 2019/20 season. There are six different price levels, with the amount you pay determined by your age. Pay the lower fee by choosing to pay with Direct Debit to auto-renew your membership each season.
When will I receive my Membership Pack?
Membership Packs for new members will be dispatched from September 2019. Please ensure the address details we hold for you are up to date. You can check and update your details by logging into My Account on eticketing.

To receive these emails, please ensure we have an up-to-date email address and that you have opted in to receive emails from us.
How many tickets can I purchase with my membership?
Members can purchase one ticket per Membership during a Member Ticket Priority Window. If tickets reach Guest Sale you can purchase one additional ticket, subject to availability.
During Members Sale, can you add multiple tickets to your basket to enable you to purchase alongside other Members?
Once these tickets are added to the basket, you will be asked to ‘reassign’ the rest of the tickets to other Members via their Client Reference Number if they are within your 'My Network'.
I have a disability, is there a separate membership programme?
