Club Statement
To all Supporters and Friends of the Club
Welcome to the Tottenham Hotspur travel section.
In 2007, the Club began detailed discussions with Transport for London, National Express East Anglia (NEEA), London Underground, Arriva and the London Borough of Haringey to reduce the level of traffic congestion around the stadium on match days by encouraging fans to opt for improved public transport alternatives.
This section serves as our platform for travel communication with you, our fans. It aims to provide you with:
Supporters have a major part to play on transport in the future, and we hope with your help to continue to improve access and increase services being made available to White Hart Lane on match-days and non-Matchdays. As set out in our Matchday Travel Plan, the objectives are:
-
work closely with travel operators to offer special or improved Matchday services to enable supporters to leave their cars at home
-
effectively communicate with spectators all of the travel options and to urge them to opt for alternative and greener travel options
-
In partnership with the Metropolitan Police, Haringey Council and our travel partners, ensure minimum disruption and inconvenience to local residents and business
We would like to thank all of the organisations and companies who continue to work with us for the benefit of the local community and the Club, and would like to thank all those fans who have already changed the way they travel to the Lane by leaving their cars at home.
We hope you will find this site helpful in planning your journeys to the Lane and that you will continue to keep an eye on this page, so you can keep up to date with all of the latest travel news.
