  • Spurs Tour 2014

We're heading back to the States and to Canada in July, 2014.

Join us for our 2014 Tour!

We will face MLS teams Seattle Sounders, Toronto FC and Chicago Fire as part of our pre-season preparations for 2014-15.

We-kick off with our first-ever visit to Seattle and a friendly against the Sounders at the impressive CenturyLink Field - home of the current NFL champions, Seattle Seahawks.

The three-times US Open Cup winners boast a familiar face - former Spur and US legend Clint Dempsey - when take to the field on Saturday, July 19. With the highest average crowd in the MLS - an average approached 40,000 - it should be quite an occasion!

Next up, it's Canada and a friendly against Toronto FC at BMO Field on Wednesday, July 23.

Spurs fans won't need reminding that a certain Jermain Defoe is waiting for us, but JD has been joined by a wealth of talent in Toronto including highly-rated USA midfielder Michael Bradley and Brazil goalkeeper Julio Cesar.

The final leg of the tour takes us to Chicago where we face four-time US Open Cup winners Chicago Fire at Toyota Park on Saturday, July 26.

The matches will be accompanied by a range of hugely popular fan events including open training, 'meet and greet' opportunities with the players, supporter evenings with Club Legends and football coaching courses. These events will serve to complement the Club's ongoing commitment to its supporters, including our 24 Official Supporters Clubs, and the Club's portfolio of partners in the United States.
