INFORMATION FOR SUPPORTERS WITH DISABILITIES
Welcome to our information page for supporters with disabilities, The Club strives to make football accessible to all. If you, or someone you know has a disability and would like to come to White Hart Lane please contact our Disability Liaison Officer Shirley Osborn on the direct disability line 0208 365 5161, or e-mail support@tottenhamhotspur.com.
Please Note: The Club does not give a concession on a ticket price for a supporter with disabilities, unless they are over 65 or Under 16, but should a helper/carer be required, the Club would allow one helper/carer to accompany the disabled supporter in the disabled enclosures ONLY free of charge.
ELIGIBILITY
The Club reserves the right to check a person’s eligibility under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), any match tickets purchased within the disabled enclosures would require the disabled supporter to provide originals of their eligibility of disablement by production of either of the following: -
· Confirmation of entitlement of Disability Living Allowance
· Confirmation of entitlement of Disabled Persons Tax Credit.
· Confirmation of entitlement of Mobility Allowance
· Confirmation of entitlement of Attendance Allowance.
· Confirmation that the person is a holder of a Blue Badge(with the person named as the Disabled supporter).
Proof of the above documentation must been seen before a booking can be made. Please could your documentation be sent into the Ticket Office cleary marked for the attention of Shirley Osborn. Supporters with disabilities would only have to provide the above documentations once every season.
MATCHDAY SEATING
White Hart Lane has provision for a carer/helper to sit directly behind the wheelchair supporter, or sit beside the ambulant supporter in the following designated disabled enclosures only.
The North Stand provides
· 28 pitch side places for wheelchair users and their carers.
· 8 pitch side Ambulant/carers seats situated in the Northwest corner.
· 6 Wheelchair/carer places in the North Stand Upper.
The South Stand provides
· 17 pitchside places for wheelchair users and their carers.
· 17 pitchside Ambulant/carer seats in the South-West corner
Away supporters (League games) are provided with 5 Wheelchair/carer and 3 Ambulant/carer match tickets, which are situated at pitchside of the Southwest corner.
MATCHDAY SPECIAL REQUESTS
GUIDE DOGS – are allowed into the designated disabled enclosures ONLY, we recommend that any supporter wanting to attend a match here at White Hart Lane with a guide dog to contact our Disability Liaison Officer Shirley Osborn on 0208 365 5161 – support@tottenhamhotspur.com to ensure the appropriate match tickets are allocated and adequate provisions are available on the match day.
VISUALLY IMPAIRED HEADSETS – Blind or partially-sighted supporters can enjoy up to date match commentary provided by the Club free of charge, this link is available at all home games via specialist headsets (subject to availability) Headsets need to be booked in advance 7 days prior to the game through our Disability Liaison Officer Shirley Osborn on 0208 365 5161.
OTHER FACILITES
The disabled enclosures in the North, South and West Stand are all fully wheelchair accessible, offer disabled toilets, low level counters at our refreshment kiosks.
Our Ticket and Members office in Paxton Road are both wheelchair accessible and offer a low-level counter. An induction Loop system is operational in the Ticket Office for supporters with impaired hearing.

RETAIL OUTLETS
The Club’s mega store situated at the corner of Park Lane and our Harlow Store in Harlow are both fully wheelchair accessible and offer low level till counters.
There are several mobile units located around the ground on a match day, which are fully accessible to wheelchair users.
CAR PARKING AND ACCESS TO THE GROUND
CAR PARKING - The club provides limited complimentary car parking at the stadium in our West Stand and Paxton road car parks and are available too home and away disabled supporters. These spaces are available to all blue badge holders on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved at anytime.
Please Note: If you do use these spaces, you will not be allowed to leave these areas for at least thirty minutes after the match, this has been concluded for safety reasons.
IN ADDITION – there are a number of parking locations within close proximity of White Hart Lane. St Francis De Sales School (directly opposite Bill Nicholson Way), Northumberland Park School (on the left-hand side of Worchester Avenue) a nominal car park charge applies and spaces are allocated on the first-come first-served basis.
DROP OFF POINTS – For supporters with disabilities on a match day the Club has two designated drop off points at the Stadium via our disabled entrances. (Gate N5 is in our North Stand and the other is in our Main West stand car park).
Please Note: Both drop off points are available prior to the game, however after the game no collections would be available from these points, this has been concluded for safety reasons.
MATCH/SEASON TICKETS
SEASON TICKETS – Currently there is a season ticket waiting list for all of our Disabled enclosures. To enable you to put your name on this list, you would need to be a Club “one hotspur BRONZE member”. Please write to our Disability Liaison Officer Shirley Osborn with your request ensuring you confirm if the supporter with disabilities is either a wheelchair user or Ambulant Supporter to ensure your request is dealt with effectively and is placed on the correct waiting list.
MATCH TICKETS
HOME – To purchase match tickets in our disabled enclosures here at White Hart Lane, please call our Disability telephone number 0208 365 5161. Each game will have a specific date when match tickets become available to members and non-members. Please check our website www.tottenhamhotspur.com for confirmation on when the game you have chosen is available for you to buy.
AWAY – To apply for disabled match tickets, supporters with disabilities need to download the below away match application form. Away applications can be either be posted into the ticket office marked clearly for the attention of our Disability Liaison Officer Shirley Osborn, or by e-mailing support@tottenhamhotspur.com

TEMPORARLY DISABLED
Any supporter that may be suffering from a temporary disability (e.g. broken leg/ankle) which could affect their ease of access whilst at the stadium, needs to contact our Disability Liaison Officer on 0208 365 5161 prior to the game, to see if any alternative seating could be arranged on a match by match basis (subject to availability).
Please Note: The Club would confirm 1 – 2 days prior to each game, if relocation would be available, once any returns (if any) would be returned to the Club for resale in the disabled enclosures.
