Information for supporters with disabilities

Disabled supporters wishing to purchase tickets should contact our Disability Liaison Officer Shirley Osborn on 0208 365 5161, or email support@tottenhamhotspur.com

ELIGIBILITY

The Club reserves the right to check a person's eligibility under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). All disabled supporters purchasing tickets in disabled areas at White Hart Lane would be requested to provide an original copy of any of the following prior to purchasing match tickets:

  • Confirmation of the Middle or Higher rate of Disability Living Allowance
  • Confirmation of the Middle or Higher rate of Mobility Allowance
  • Confirmation of the Middle or Higher rate of Attendance Allowance
  • Confirmation of the Middle or Higher rate of Severe Disablement Allowance
  • Certification of being Registered Blind or Partially Sighted
  • A personal letter of support from your hospital specialist (not G.P.)

Please Note: Receipt of a Blue / Orange badge or incapacity benefit will not be considered sufficient to enable you to purchase tickets in a disabled area of the stadium.

Proof of the above documentation must been seen before a booking can be made. All documents must be sent or handed in to the Ticket Office.

MATCHDAY SEATING

White Hart Lane has provision for a carer to sit directly behind a supporter in a wheelchair, or sit beside an ambulant supporter in the areas outlined below:

The North Stand provides:

  • 56 places for wheelchair users and their carers in the lower tier
  • 16 places for ambulant supporters and carers situated in the lower tier
  • 12 places for wheelchair users and their carers in the upper tier

The South Stand provides:

  • 24 places for wheelchair users and their carers in the lower tier
  • 24 places for Ambulant supporters and their carers in the lower tier

The West Stand provides:

  • 14 places for ambulant supporters and their carers in the lower tier

Away supporters (Barclays Premier League games) are provided with 5 wheelchair / carer and 3 ambulant / carer match tickets, which are situated in the South Stand. Whilst these seats are directly in front of the nominated away supporters area, the South Stand disabled area is not segregated.

PRICING

All tickets in our disabled areas are sold at the relevant price for the stand and category of fixture. Each disabled supporter is permitted one carer or assistant free of charge. Concessionary prices are available to those under 16 and over 65.

MATCHDAY SPECIAL REQUESTS

ASSISTANCE DOGS - The Club do everything possible to assist and accommodate those supporters with assistance dogs. Due to the design of the stadium we are only able to accommodate supporters with assistance dogs in our lower tier disabled areas. Any supporter wishing to bring an assistance dog to a fixture must contact the Disability Liaison Officer on 0208 365 5161 or via email at support@tottenhamhotspur.com so that we can ensure the appropriate match tickets are allocated and adequate arrangements have been made.

VISUALLY IMPAIRED HEADSETS - Blind or partially-sighted supporters can enjoy match commentary provided at all home games via specialist headsets (subject to availability). Headsets need to be booked in advance 7 days prior to the game through our Disability Liaison Officer.

Please Note: The availability and operation of the match commentary does not form part of the terms and conditions of ticket purchase.

OTHER FACILITIES

The disabled areas in the North, South and West Stands are wheelchair accessible, offer disabled toilets and low level counters at our refreshment kiosks.

Our Ticket and Members office in Paxton Road are wheelchair accessible. An induction Loop system is operational in the Ticket Office for supporters with impaired hearing.

Deaf or hearing-impaired supporters are able to contact our Disability Liaison Officer via on the Club text phone 0844 4777 462.

RETAIL OUTLETS

In addition to the Megastore and the official Club Shops at Enfield, Harlow and Chelmsford, there are several mobile units located around the ground on a match day, which are fully accessible to wheelchair users.

CAR PARKING AND ACCESS TO THE GROUND

CAR PARKING - The Club provides limited complimentary car parking at the stadium in our West Stand and Paxton Road car parks. These spaces are available to all blue badge holders on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved at any time.

Please Note: At the request of the Metropolitan Police, no vehicles are permitted to enter 1 hour prior to kick off or leave these areas for at least 30 minutes post match, to aid the flow of spectators coming to and from the Stadium..

Holders of the Disabled Blue Parking Permits are also permitted to park, to a maximum of three hours, within marked residents bays within the White Hart Lane match day controlled parking zone. Further details on this parking zone can be found here.

DROP OFF POINTS - Supporters with disabilities have two designated drop off points at the Stadium in close proximity to the entrances to the disabled areas. Gate N5 which is in our North Stand and the West Stand car park.

Please Note: Both drop off points can be used prior to the game but are not operational post match.

SEASON / MATCH TICKETS

SEASON TICKETS
Currently there is a Season Ticket waiting list for all of our Disabled and Ambulant areas at White Hart Lane. Supporters that wish to join the waiting list will need to purchase a One Hotspur Bronze membership. Please contact our Disability Liaison Officer to sign up. Please ensure we are advised as to whether a wheelchair user or ambulant supporter membership is required.

TEMPORARILY DISABLED

Supporters suffering from a temporary disability (e.g. broken leg) that may affect access to the stadium or seating areas, should contact our Disability Liaison Officer on 0208 365 5161 prior to the game to see if alternative seating can be arranged (subject to availability). Any relocation is at the discretion of the Club and cannot be guaranteed.
