    Q. I’m holding a charity fundraising event, would it be possible to get a signed item?

    Q. I’m holding a charity fundraising event, would it be possible to get a signed item?

    A. Please see our Charitable Policy and Guidelines. The Club is committed to supporting its official charities and charities/fundraising events within the local area of Stadium and Training Centre. Should you have a charity request that falls within these criteria please complete the online request form using the following link – Charity Request Form

    Please note that all requests must be put to us in writing and we would require at least three week’s notice prior to the date of your event.


    Q. Would it be possible to send an item into the Club for the players to sign?

    A. The Club receives a high volume of requests of this nature and for this reason we are unable to accept items that are sent into us to be signed. We do hold player signing sessions in our Spurs Shops on a regular basis and details of these are announced on our website as soon as they are confirmed - www.tottenhamhotspur.com


    Q. Can I hold a bucket collection at the Stadium on a match day?

    A. Should you wish to hold a collection outside the Stadium on a match day you would need to obtain a licence from our authority, Haringey Council, who can be contacted here. Bucket collections inside the stadium are reserved for our official charity partners.


    Q. Would you be able to sponsor me for my charity event?

    A. Such is the demand for financial support from the Club that we are unable to offer direct financial assistance or sponsorship.


    Q. Could you please send me some Club Souvenirs?

    A. The Club receives numerous requests for souvenirs on a daily basis. However, we prioritise requests for merchandise for charitable causes which relate to our guidelines.  


    Q. Could you please promote my fundraising page / charity event on your social media channels?

    A. Due to the overwhelming volume of requests that we receive of this nature we are restricted to working with our nominated charities with regards to promotional work, such as social media.


    Q. Am I allowed to come to the training centre to get items signed?

    A. The players are advised not to stop and sign autographs on Hotspur Way due to its proximity to a busy public road and the safety risk this causes. Additionally, the Club receives complaints from other businesses and local residents when the road becomes overcrowded with people and parked vehicles waiting for players to sign items.

    The best time to obtain player signatures would be at official signing sessions in our club stores, details of which are announced on our website – www.tottenhamhotspur.com  


    Q. My friend / family member is getting married would it be possible get a signed shirt for them?

    A. The Club receives a high volume of requests of this nature and for this reason we are unable to arrange for items to be signed by players for personal use. We do hold player signing sessions in our Spurs Shops on a regular basis and details of these are announced on our website as soon as they are confirmed - www.tottenhamhotspur.com As an alternative, we are happy to provide a letter of congratulations from the Club. To request this please complete this online form - Letter Request Form


    Q. My friend / family member has sadly passed away, would it be possible get a signed shirt for their funeral?

    A. The Club receives an overwhelming volume of similar requests such as this each day. For this reason we are restricted to working exclusively with our nominated charities in regards to items being signed by the players.However, we are happy to arrange a letter of condolence from the Club.     Q. It’s my friend / family members’ birthday, would it be possible to get a card for them signed by all the players?

    A. The Club receives a huge volume of requests of this nature each day. We are therefore restricted to working exclusively with our nominated charities in regards to items being signed by the players.

    As an alternative, we do conduct player signing sessions in our Spurs Stores on a regular basis and details of these are announced on our website as soon as they confirmed - www.tottenhamhotspur.com.

    We can also offer a letter of congratulations from the Club for milestone occasions. To request this please complete this online form - Letter Request Form


    Q. I’m travelling to all of the football grounds in the country to raise money for charity, would it be possible to come into the Stadium for a photograph?

    A. We are pleased to be able to offer access to White Hart Lane for a photo opportunity of this nature, although we cannot guarantee that access will be available during the close season period and this is not permitted on a home match day due to security reasons.  

    We do ask that you give us at least one week’s notice so that we can ensure a Club representative is available to meet you. Please put your request in writing, including all of the details of the Charity that you are fundraising for to - charity@tottenhamhotspur.com

    Although we cannot guarantee that access will be available during the close season period and this is not permitted on a home match day due to security reasons.


    Q. How do we become a Club Charity partner?

    A. Please see the top of this web page for full details on our existing charity partnerships. Due to the extent of this work, and to ensure we are providing the best possible value and resource to our existing relationships, we are not currently in a position to enter into any further partnerships.


    Q. Could you please donate your out-of-date kit / equipment to us?

    A. Any spare kit or equipment that we may have is used by Tottenham Hotspur Foundation within our charitable and community projects.


    Q. Could I please get a video message from the players?

    A. Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming number of requests that we receive, we are unable to produce video messages from the players or coaches.

    Alternatively, we could certainly look into arranging a letter from the Club for special occasions. To request this please complete our online form - Letter Request Form
