Boston Spurs raise money for Official Charity Partner

Fri 23 December 2016, 07:00|Tottenham Hotspur

Boston Spurs Supporters Club demonstrated the generosity of Tottenham Hotspur’s global fan base by launching an online auction to raise money for our Official Charity Partner, Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice.

The American group’s auction runs until the beginning of January as participants bid for a ball signed by members of the first team squad, with all proceeds going to North London’s only “Hospice at Home” service for children and young people.

Boston Spurs were founded in 2006 and have been an officially recognised supporters club since 2010, with over 800 members. The group make annual trips to matches at White Hart Lane, with a party of 45 watching the team take on Manchester United in April 2016. The auction is the group’s fourth charity event this year.

Ryan Hayman, Boston Spurs Chairman, said: “We’ve heard about the great work Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice does in providing care and support to children with life threatening or life limiting conditions and we wanted to help in any way we could. This auction is a great opportunity to raise money for a worthy cause and we’d like to thank the Club for providing such a fantastic prize.”
