All Supporters' Club Members attending matches need be a One Hotspur Bronze or Lilywhite Member.When attending as part of a Supporters' Club group application, match tickets will be loaded onto your Stadium Access Card.Please hold your Season Ticket or Members Access Card ready to show the turnstile operator with the barcode facing up and towards the operator. They will have a hand held scanner to read and authenticate the barcode on your card. Please note that your card can only be scanned once at the turnstile.The number of tickets purchased meets the minimum/maximum numbers allowed for the Supporters Club:

Due to extreme demand for Category A tickets from all One Hotspur Members, Supporters Clubs will be asked to submit requests for tickets for Category A matches at White Hart Lane (i.e. NOT including away matches or Semi-Finals and Finals) BEFORE the start of the 2015/2016 Season. A limited number of tickets will be allocated to Supporters Clubs via ballot for these matches. To request a Category A Application form please email email@example.com
Unsuccessful Supporters' Clubs or those unable to apply before the start of the season are advised to look out for the One Hotspur on-sale dates and apply direct using the Tottenham Hotspur ticket sales outlets (i.e. tottenhamhotspur.com or by calling 0344 844 0102). Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis and are strictly subject to availability.

All tickets sold via the Supporters Club will be subject booking fee of £1.75. Supporters Club Members obtaining tickets through their Supporters' Club for matches will relinquish their One Hotspur ticket priority for that fixture (i.e. Supporters Club members will not be able to obtain two tickets unless the One Hotspur guest ticket window is available (see One Hotspur Terms and Conditions).
Loyalty Points will be allocated for tickets purchased through Supporters' Clubs subject to all the above criteria being met.
Tickets may only be refunded NO LATER THAN 7 days prior to the date of the fixture. Travel and accommodation are booked at your own risk.
We MUST have payment with the order as we will not be able to reserve seats. You need to ensure that you have correct Client Reference Numbers for any Member wishing to order a ticket.
Tickets for away matches may be ordered through the Supporters' Club, but tickets will not be allocated until all Season Ticket and One Hotspur Members’ applications have been fulfilled.
