• For the 2016/2017, match tickets for Premier League matches at White Hart Lane will be issued via a ballot process. The Supporters Club Chairman will be able to register an application for each Premier League home match during a specified time period. Applications will be submitted online prior to the Bronze & Lilywhite Members sale.• All Category A, B and C matches played at White Hart Lane will be allocated via a random ballot from all applications. • Due to the limited number of tickets available, each Supporters Club application will be capped. The capped number will be communicated prior to the ballot opening. There will be a maximum number of tickets that can be applied for by an official Supporters Club. Any application that exceeds this amount will be automatically discounted and removed from the ballot process. • Supporters Clubs Members hereby acknowledge and accept that the right to apply for and purchase tickets for matches played at the Stadium is not guaranteed. All rights to tickets are expressly subject to availability, the Club’s prior commitments, Bronze and Lilywhite Members being in actual possession of their Members Stadium Access Card at the time of purchasing their ticket and, without prejudice to the foregoing, Bronze and Lilywhite complying with these Terms and Conditions.
Official supporters clubs will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for these matches. More information to follow.

All tickets sold via the Supporters Club will be subject booking fee of £1.75. Supporters Club Members obtaining tickets through their Supporters' Club for matches will relinquish their One Hotspur ticket priority for that fixture (i.e. Supporters Club members will not be able to obtain two tickets unless the One Hotspur guest ticket window is available (see One Hotspur Terms and Conditions).
Loyalty Points will be allocated for tickets purchased through Supporters' Clubs subject to all the above criteria being met.
Tickets may only be refunded NO LATER THAN 7 days prior to the date of the fixture. Travel and accommodation are booked at your own risk.
We MUST have payment with the order as we will not be able to reserve seats. You need to ensure that you have correct Client Reference Numbers for any Member wishing to order a ticket.
Tickets for away matches may be ordered through the Supporters' Club, but tickets will not be allocated until all Season Ticket and One Hotspur Members’ applications have been fulfilled.
