STADIUM TOURS FAQ'S

BOOKING

Do we have to book in advance?
Advance booking is strongly recommended, as places on the tours are strictly limited. Bookings can be made either at tottenhamhotspur.com or by calling the Ticket Office on 0844 844 0102. We will hold a very small number of "walk up" places available on every tour, but if the tour is sold out, we cannot accept any further visitors.

How much does the tour cost?

Tours cost £17.50 for adults (£13.50 for One Hotspur Members), £11 Senior Citizens (over 65's), £9 Juniors (Under 16s). A family ticket (2 adults and 2 under 16s) is £47.50. Group prices on application.

What times do Stadium Tours run?
Stadium Tours operate on most dates during the week, except the day of, and the day before a home match. Tours depart at 11.00 and 14.00, and four tours operate on Saturdays and Sundays departing at 11.00, 12.00, 13.00 and 14.00. No tours operate on match days and if operationally necessary, we have to cancel tours at short notice for UEFA/FA requirements.

I have made a booking online but have not received confirmation.
Your booking is completed immediately and confirmed at the same time. Please check any spam folders or your email filters. If you cannot locate your confirmation, please telephone the Ticket Office on 0844 844 0102 for assistance.

I have booked and confirmed but not received my tickets.
Tickets will be despatched in good time for your tour. If you have not received your tickets 48 hours before your tour, please telephone the Ticket Office on 0844 844 0102. Alternatively, please bring along your email confirmation on the day of the tour, which will be accepted as an e-ticket.

Am I able to take young children on the Tour?

Yes, of course. Please bear in mind that there are a number of stairs that will require any buggy or pram to be carried and that the Tour involves a high proportion of walking.

Do you take group bookings?
We are happy to undertake group tours. Please email tours@tottenhamhotspur.com with your requirements and we will tailor a package to your specific requirements.

Are Stadium Tour tickets transferable?
Tours are transferable but we do request that you inform us of the details of the person who will be attending the tour. Please note that refunds will only be given where we have cancelled or tour or under exception circumstances at the discretion of the Club.

ON THE DAY

How long does the tour take?
White Hart Lane Stadium tours take approximately 90 minutes, but please allow yourself two hours for your overall visit.

How do I get to White Hart Lane?
You can find all travel details here.

Is parking available?
For weekend tours, parking is available in the West Stand car park at the vehicle owners' risk.

Is there anywhere where I can store my rucksack or luggage?
No. We have no left luggage facilities and due to the current security climate, we cannot allow bags to be left anywhere within the Stadium. Handbags and small rucksacks are acceptable provided they can be carried and do not pose any safety issues. Please be aware that we reserve the right to search all bags prior to entry.

Where do I go to join the tour?
All tours commence at the Megastore on the corner of  Park Lane and High Road Tottenham. Please arrive at the store no later than 15 minutes prior to your tour.

Can I take photographs?
Yes. We would encourage you to take as many photographs as possible to act as a souvenir of your day. Unfortunately we do not permit digital video cameras on the tour.

Will we see any of the players?
It is possible but very unlikely. The players only tend to be at the Stadium on match days. Most of the players' time is spent at our training centre.

Can I play on the pitch?
No. Our grounds staff work tirelessly to ensure that the award winning playing surface at White Hart Lane remains in pristine condition. Anyone entering the pitch area or beyond the barriers will be asked to leave the tour.

Is there anywhere for us to eat within the Stadium?
No - however there are many restaurants and take away offerings in the close vicinity of the Stadium. Please note that no food or drink is allowed during the tour.
