Bury Rangers FC is an FA Charter Standard Community Club and was the first football club in Hertfordshire to attain this accolade, acknowledging the most advanced levels of club development.

The club was founded in 1965 under the guise of Hertingfordbury Rangers FC, with the ‘Hertingford' pre-fix dropped from the name in 1970 to become simply Bury Rangers FC. Over the last 50 years the club has grown steadily with the hugely popular and successful girls section introduced in 2008. Today Bury Rangers are one of the largest grassroots clubs in Hertfordshire with over 600 registered players across more than 50 teams. The club have plans to continue growing the girls section, increasing opportunities for girls to get into football from 5 years old upwards.

Bury Rangers Girls are proud to be an Official Sister Club of Spurs Ladies and look forward to both clubs working together to raise the profile of girl’s football, providing a range of exciting playing opportunities for girls and development opportunities for coaches.
