Massimo Luongo

Talented central midfielder who signed in January, 2011 and earned a first-team debut in the 2011-12 campaign.

He impressed enough for our Spurs XI team to earn a place in the squad for the Carling Cup tie at Stoke and came on for his debut in the second half.

Unfortunately, the night ended with him missing the key penalty as the tie went to a shoot-out after finishing goalless.

A driving force in midfield, 'Mass' played six times in the NextGen Series in 2011-12 and joined Ipswich Town for a season-long loan in the Championship in August, 2012. He scored his first goal for Town on his third appearance.
