Eight Spurs loanees were in action over the weekend.
Danny Rose started and played 83 minutes as Sunderland secured a point away to Stoke at the Britannia Stadium.
In the Championship, Jermaine Jenas came on as a sub in the 69th minute of Nottingham Forest's match against Barnsley at Oakwell Stadium and scored the final goal as his team secured a 4-1 win.
Swindon moved up to seventh-place in League One courtesy of a 4-0 win away to Stevenage, with John Bostock playing 90 minutes for Paolo Di Canio's side and setting up the final goal of the rout for Adam Rooney.
Elsewhere in League One, Nathan Byrne played 77 minutes for Crawley as The Reds drew 1-1 with Oldham.
Jack Munns was an unused sub as Aldershot picked up a 0-0 draw at Dagenham and Redbridge in League Two.
In the Russian Premier League, David Bentley played for 85 minutes as Rostov slipped to a 0-1 defeat away to Kuban. Rostov remain in 14th place in the table.
Bongani Khuamlo played 78 minutes for third-placed PAOK in a goalless draw at Kerkyra in the Greek Super League.
And finally, Simon Dawkins was an unused sub for the San Jose Earthquakes in a 1-1 draw with the Portland Timbers. It was the last regular match of his side's MLS season and the Earthquakes topped the Western Conference; they will face either LA Galaxy or Vancouver in the play-off semi-finals.
