STADIUM ACCESS GUIDE

Tottenham Hotspur introduced a stadium access system starting in Season 2010/2011 that makes access to White Hart Lane easier and quicker for our supporters. The new system enables supporters to enter the stadium more smoothly as no longer will vouchers need to be detached from booklets or ticket stubs removed from tickets.

All One Hotspur Members are reminded to retain their current Season Ticket and Membership cards at the end of the season as these will be activated again for the 2011/2012 season should you renew your membership or season ticket.

One Hotspur Season Ticket Members

Instead of the Season Ticket booklets, Season Ticket Holders will have a Season Stadium Access Card (which is also their One Hotspur membership card), with a unique barcode printed onto it.

Season Ticket Holders will be able to have the Home Cup games automatically added onto their card if sitting in their regular seat. In the event of your seat not being available for any particular fixture the Club will send out a bar-coded match ticket for your use.

One Hotspur Lilywhite & Bronze Members

Members will be sent their Members Stadium Access Card (which is also their One Hotspur membership card) which will also have a unique barcode printed onto it. This card will allow Members to enter the ground without the use of a match ticket for games which you have purchased a ticket for. All you will need to bring is this card and your confirmation email or your receipt with you on match day.

Non-Members and online general ticket purchasers

Supporters will also be able to take advantage of ‘TicketFast' technology when purchasing home match tickets through our Online ticketing service. Simply select ‘TicketFast - Print at Home' as the delivery option for your purchase, and your ticket(s) will be emailed to you as an attachment.

You can then print the ticket(s) in your own time and present at the turnstile to be scanned to allow entry to the ground on match day.

When you get to White Hart Lane

Please hold your Season or Members Stadium Access Card, Ticketfast document or bar-coded match day ticket ready to show the turnstile operator with the barcode facing up and towards the operator. They will have a hand held scanner to read and authenticate the barcode on your card.

Please note that your card or paper ticket can only be scanned once at the turnstile.

Problems or queries on the day

Q: My Barcode is not being recognised?
A: If you have got to the turnstile and the scanner does not recognise your barcode then you will need to go to the main Ticket Office. The office will then be able to look into why your barcode is not working at the turnstiles and give you access to the stadium.*

Q: I have lost my card or left it at home?
A: If Platinum, Gold or Silver One Hotspur Members arrive at the Stadium without their Season Stadium Access Card they will be able to obtain a replacement match ticket from the Ticket Office at a non-refundable cost of £10.00, provided that they have with them proof of identity at that time.*
Permanent replacement Season Stadium Access Cards will not be issued on a match day. If Bronze and Lilywhite One Hotspur Members arrive at the Stadium without their Members Stadium Access Card they will obtain a duplicate Card from the One Hotspur Members' Office at a non-refundable cost of £10.00 provided they have with them proof of identity at that time.*

Q: I have not brought my email confirmation with me - so don't know where to sit?
A: If you arrive at the ground without your confirmation email then you will need to go to the Ticket Office to get either seat confirmation or a match ticket.

Q: I've lost my seat information and I've already entered through the turnstiles
A: Please find a steward supervisor who will be stationed on the internal concourses behind the stands. He/she will be able to scan your card to let you know your seat position or refer your query to the Ticket Office remotely. All other queries can be dealt with by the turnstiles supervisors or at the One Hotspur Ticket and Membership Office.
