STEP BY STEP GUIDE - MY SPURS ACCOUNT

Step 1 – Go to the Log in point

You will arrive at the My Spurs Account Page
 
Which will take you to the log in page

Step 2 – Log in, Activate or Create Account

If you have a Client Reference Number (this is a 7 digit number starting with a 2 or a 3), and a password you can log-in now – Follow the

OR
If you have a Client Reference Number but no password you need ‘activate account’ – follow the

OR
If you do not have a Client Reference Number or a password you will need to ‘create account’ – follow the
 

Step 3 – Once you have logged in

You will be returned to the page you entered the log in process from.

If you are a One Hotspur Member - On your return to the homepage your membership level will be recognised.  Additionally if you then view 'My Account' here, you will see the details about your One Hotspur Membership, including level, loyalty point balance, ClubCash balance (adult members only), your place on the Season Ticket Waiting List (Bronze only), and tickets that are currently available to you as part of your ticket priority benefits.

If you are not a One Hotspur Member – You will be returned to the main home page where you will now see you are logged in.  You will now be able to use all parts of the site such as downloading wallpapers, viewing classic video highlights, rating players on the match centre etc.

Step 4 – Using the Shop with the same log in

You will still need to log in to the Shop when you wish to purchase an item, but you can use the same Client Reference Number and password.  Like most other international sites, requesting that you log in again is simply a security measure, plus your log in state will only stay live for a maximum of 30 minutes for the ticketing and membership site.

Step 5 – Log out

We recommend that when you have finished your session that instead of just closing your browser that you log out of your My Spurs Account.  This is particularly recommended if you are using a shared or public computer.
