TENNIS
Tottenham Hotspur Foundation provides tennis classes for adults and children of all abilities at White Hart Lane Tennis Club.
The aim is to encourage everyone in the local community to play more and better tennis. A year round programmes of low cost tennis classes is available, with sessions to suit all ages and abilities.
Junior Classes
The tennis classes will take place from Saturday 20 April - Thursday 23 May 2013:

Mini-tennis equipment and coaching techniques will be used, which is designed by the Lawn Tennis Association to introduce children to tennis and help them develop as tennis players (all levels). |
| Advanced 4 - 9 year olds | Tuesday 5pm - 6pm Sunday 11am - 12pm Thursday 4pm - 5:30pm |
Participants must be invited by the tennis coaches at the club (advanced level). |
| Advanced 10 - 16 year olds | Tuesday 6pm - 7pm Thursday 5:30pm - 7pm Sunday 12pm - 1pm |

| 4 - 7 year olds | Saturday 10am - 11am | Children are introduced to the basics of tennis and developing movement, co-ordination and ball skills. Classes played on mini-courts with low compression tennis balls (all levels). |
| 7 - 10 year olds | Saturday 11am - 12pm | Children learn new shots and focus on tennis technique to help them rally on a bigger court with low compression tennis balls (all levels). |
| 10 - 16 year olds | Saturday 12pm - 1pm | Children will play on the full tennis courts and will focus on developing tennis technique, tactics and fundamental athletic skills (all levels). |
*All rackets, balls and licensed coaches provided
*Annual membership fee of £10 per person with a maximum membership fee of £30 per family (players can try one class without membership)
*All participants of the junior or adult tennis activities at White Hart Lane Tennis Club must register as a member

Adult Classes

**Adults coaching classes cost £48 or £40 (with a concessions card) for a 5 week course or £12 and £10 (with a concessions card) per session on a drop-in basis, plus a £10 annual membership fee
*Cardio tennis is £15 for a 5 week course or £4.50 drop-in, plus a £10 annual membership fee

Adult Tennis League
Tennis players of all standards are invited to join the new Haringey Tennis League. Participants will play matches at White Hart Lane Tennis Club or other public courts. Winners can receive cash prizes of £20 and a certificate.
The League runs for 8 weeks and is open to players over the age of eighteen - both men and women players are welcome.
The cost for entering each round is £10 and everyone who completes three matches by the mid way point of each round receives a free tube of tennis balls.
