One Hotspur Season Ticket renewal window is now open!

Thank you for your incredible support throughout this memorable 2016/2017 Season. Your commitment and passion helps to inspire the players and staff at the Club and is hugely appreciated.

We have recently confirmed that Wembley Stadium, connected by EE, will stage all our home games next season. It’s now time to renew your One Hotspur Season Ticket for what promises to be another exciting season for our Club.

Further to the announcement earlier this month detailing the renewal process for Season Ticket Holders for 2017/2018, each 2016/2017 Season Ticket Holder will initially be pre-allocated a seat at Wembley alongside the supporters they currently sit with at White Hart Lane. You will be able to see the seat allocated to you by logging on to your online ticketing account. This seat selection has been based on the current location of your seat and the price of your Season Ticket at the Lane. If you choose to accept the seat that is pre-allocated to you, then all you have to do is renew by 5pm Tuesday 23 May 2017.

Should you decide not to accept our initial seat offer and not renew by this date, then your allocated seat will be released and a second renewal window will open on Thursday 25 May 2017 for 2016/2017 Season Ticket Holders to select an alternative location from the range of seats available. This second renewal window will provide an opportunity for existing Season Ticket Holders that do not currently sit together with friends or relatives, or who wish to upgrade, to now do so. Existing Season Ticket Holders will have until Wednesday 31 May 2017 to select an alternative seat from the choice available. See below for more information regarding payment options during Phase 2.

This renewal website will allow you to explore the Season Ticket options available to you next season including moving seats, prices, additional payment options  and frequently asked questions such as Bronze Members upgrading to a Season Ticket Holder plus information on your new benefits like the money-can't-buy offer of a keyring containing blades of grass taken from the pitch of White Hart Lane.

We hope you will join us at Wembley for another memorable season.

  • Updated information on Phase 2

Choose a different seat at Wembley

If you have chosen not to renew your pre-allocated seat(s) for next season’s matches at Wembley Stadium, the focus now moves to Phase 2 of the renewals process where White Hart Lane Season Ticket Holders who have not renewed during Phase 1 are able to select an alternative seating location for next season. Phase 2 of the sales process will open at 9.30am on Thursday 25 May, and will provide 2016/17 Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to select an alternative option of their choice from the remaining seats. Current estimates are that a maximum of 5,800 people will be able to access the Phase 2 process.

This window is ONLY open to 2016/2017 Season Ticket Holders that did NOT renew during Phase 1 of the process.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PAYMENT DURING PHASE 2

There will not be a limit on the maximum number of seats that can be reserved by a single group of existing Season Ticket Holders, however it should be highlighted that the larger the group the less selection there is likely to be from available seats.

We are well aware that while groups of supporters will want to select seats together during this phase of renewals, they are likely to want to pay separately for their Season Tickets.

Therefore one person from a group will be able to RESERVE the chosen seats from those available.

At this time you will be asked to submit one Credit or Debit Card to be held against the reservation. NO PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN AT THIS POINT but the seats will be held and confirmed for you.

Once the reservation has been confirmed supporters are asked to wait for at least 24 hours at which point each individual Season Ticket Holder that has reserved a seat during Phase 2 will be able to access their online account or call through on 0344 844 0102 (Option 1) to pay for their individual seat in full. At this time all methods of payment will be available to them, including the 10-month financing plan operated by the Club’s Season Ticket financing partner, V12 Finance which can be applied for online only.

All seats must be paid for no later than midday on Friday 2 June 2017. After this date any Season ticket seats not paid for will be cancelled and made available to new Season Ticket Holders.

During this Phase 2 process all Season Ticket bookings will need to follow the above process, even if all seats are to be paid by one method of payment. This will allow us to appropriately manage the seat allocations during this complex process.

Information on Phase 3 - The Allocation of NEW Season Tickets to One Hotspur Bronze Members:

New Season tickets will begin to be offered out to members on the Season Ticket Waiting List from early June. Any current Season Ticket Holder wishing to sit with people who may be offered a new Season Ticket are advised that they MUST renew their own Season Ticket before the end of Phase 2. If they then wish to relocate with a new Season Ticket Holder they should contact us when the new offer has been accepted and we will look what options are available to bring groups together.

Priority WILL be given to ensure that younger supporters who move from the Waiting List to being a Season Ticket Holder are able to sit with family members who already own a Season Ticket.

No new Season Tickets will be available to One Hotspur Bronze Members during Phase 2.

Thanks to the increase in capacity both at Wembley Stadium and our new stadium, we expect to be able to make up to 18,000 new Season Tickets available to eligible One Hotspur Bronze Members.

    Season ticket prices 2017/2018

The pricing of season tickets for 2017/2018 is for 19 Premier League games only. Concession pricing will apply in all areas of the stadium for supporters under the age of 18 and over 65 years at the same rate as currently applied at White Hart Lane.

We will have an identified area of Wembley Stadium that will be designated as a Family Area for supporters wanting to sit with other family groups at home matches. These seats will be located in Blocks 106 and 107 of the north-east area of Wembley Stadium.

Important information on Seat Availability during Phase 2:
Blocks 119-121: These areas were not available during Phase 1 as these could form part of any increased away allocation for domestic cup ties. Approximately 1,800 seats in these areas will be made available during Phase 2 on the understanding that anyone buying a Season Ticket in these areas could be relocated for some cup fixtures
Rows 1-8 in Blocks 130 – 137 (West) and 108 – 112 (East) as these may be affected by LED advertising boards and camera positions, especially for matches in UEFA competition. Approximately 1,800 seats in these areas will be made available during Phase 2 on the understanding that anyone buying a Season Ticket in these areas could be relocated for some cup fixtures
All General Admission seats on Level 2 (Club Wembley) will be made available during Phase 2 which will be approximately 10,000 seats on this level
Rows 1 – 20 in Blocks 501 – 505, 522 – 531 and 548 – 552 will be made available in front areas of Level 5 at Wembley on both the North and South sides. This will equate to approximately a further 10,000 seats on this level
Finally, any seats not renewed by existing Season Ticket Holders during Phase 1 will also be released and made available during Phase 2

If a current Season Ticket Holder in the East Stand at White Hart Lane wishes to relocate to an alternative seat on LEVEL 1 in the South Stand at Wembley other than that pre-allocated, we will freeze the offer price throughout Phases 1 & 2 of the renewal process to ensure that no season ticket holder is paying any more for their ticket in a similar location within the stadium. Supporters who sat in North, South or West Stands at White Hart Lane and choose to select a South Stand seat at Wembley will pay the listed price.

How do I renew my Season Ticket?
Updated information on Phase 1 – Renew by Tuesday 23 May 2017
Further to the announcement earlier this month detailing the renewal process for Season Ticket Holders for 2017/2018, you will now be able to see the seat allocated to you at Wembley by logging on to your online ticketing account. Your seat selection has been based on the current location of your seat and the price of your Season Ticket at the Lane. If you choose to accept the seat that is pre-allocated to you, then all you have to do is renew by Tuesday 23 May 2017.

How long have I got to renew my Season ticket?
Updated information on Phase 2 – Choose a different seat at Wembley
Initially, should you decide not to accept our initial seat offer and not renew by the above date, then your allocated seat will be released and a second renewal window will open on Thursday 25 May 2017 for 2016/2017 Season Ticket Holders to select an alternative location from the range of seats available. This second renewal window will provide an opportunity for existing Season Ticket Holders that do not currently sit together with friends or relatives, or who wish to upgrade their seat, to now do so. Existing Season Ticket Holders will have until Wednesday 31 May 2017 to select an alternative seat from the choice available.

Within the following 48 hours an email will be sent to each individual Season ticket holder that has reserved a seat during Phase 2 inviting them to now pay for their new seat in the usual way. At this time all methods of payment will be available, including the Tottenham Hotspur Credit Card or 10-month financing plan operated by the Club’s Season Ticket financing partner, V12 Finance. All seats must be paid for no later than midday on Friday 2 June 2017.
During this Phase 2 process all Season Ticket bookings will need to follow the above process, even if all seats are to be paid by one method of payment. This will allow us to appropriately manage the seat allocations during this complex process.

Can I pay for my Season Ticket in monthly instalments?
Season Ticket Holders renewing for the 2017/2018 season will be able to sign up to a monthly finance plan. View our additional payment options page.

I didn’t receive the email. What do I do?
You can still renew your seat by logging in to your online eTicketing account – if you would like any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Supporter Services or Ticketing team at supporter.services@tottenhamhotspur.com or ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com

I was moved from the North East corner to the South Stand at White Hart Lane but didn’t like it. How will my seat at Wembley be allocated?
You will be moved to the area of Wembley that most closely compares to your old North East corner seat. If you would like to move to an alternative area, you will have the option to do so during the second phase of the sales process from Thursday 25 May until Wednesday 31 May.

I don’t want to travel to Wembley, is there an amnesty for Season Ticket Holders?
There are no changes to the existing terms and conditions. If you do not renew your Season Ticket, your membership will lapse and loyalty points accrued will be lost.

Will my choice of seat at Wembley influence the location of seat I will get at the new stadium?

No. The seat you select at Wembley Stadium will not influence where you are offered a seat at the new stadium. We will contact all Season Ticket Holders in the coming months with full details on how the seating process will work for our new stadium.

Is there a designated “Home end” at Wembley?
Yes. As for our European matches at Wembley for the 2016/2017 season we have designated the West End of Wembley as the home end. Our aim is to use this area as the main focus to generate the atmosphere for the team for our matches at Wembley

Where will the away fans be located at Wembley Stadium?
For our Premier League matches, visiting supporters will be located in Blocks 112 – 119. This may change for matches in the UEFA competition depending on opponents and their ticketing requirements.

Will all our UEFA and domestic Cup matches be played at Wembley Stadium?
Yes – all our home matches for the 2017/2018 season will be hosted at Wembley Stadium.

Will all 90,000 seats be available for every match?
We have permission to open the stadium to full capacity for an additional 22 events during the course of the season. Events and matches falling outside these additional number will be managed through Wembley’s existing event calendar.

If I can’t make a match at Wembley, can I list my ticket for re-sale on StubHub?

We will be announcing details of our Ticket Exchange scheme for Season Ticket holders very shortly. Please keep a close eye on Club channels for further updates.

    MEMBERSHIP TYPES

How can I upgrade to a One Hotspur Platinum Season Ticket?
Due to the huge demand for Away Season Ticket’s and the recent announcement of the Away ticket pricing cap, the Club has taken the decision to not accept any new Platinum Season Ticket Members for the 2017/2018 season. We apologise for any disappointment and inconvenience this may cause.

How can I upgrade to a One Hotspur Gold Season Ticket?
You may upgrade to One Hotspur Gold at any time during the Season, however, once the season has commenced no extra Loyalty Points will be awarded for doing so, with the exception of those earned from the cup ties attended. Simply sign up for the Home Cup Tie Ticket Guarantee Scheme when you renew. If you choose to upgrade to this membership tier, you will be awarded with 35 Loyalty Points.

I am a Bronze Member on the Season Ticket Waiting List. Will I be offered a Season Ticket at Wembley?
We estimate that an additional 18,000 Season Tickets will be made available at Wembley Stadium that will mirror the availability at our new stadium.

How do I upgrade to a seat in Club Wembley?
If you would like to purchase a general admission seat in Level Two (Club Wembley) for the season, do not renew your Season Ticket seat in Phase 1 of the sales window. LOYALTY POINTS

How does the Loyalty Points System work?
The loyalty point system ensures those supporters that continue to regularly attend matches are recognised when we come to allocate tickets for the most popular matches away from Wembley Stadium or if we achieve the latter stages of Cup competitions. The points total held by One Hotspur Season Ticket, Bronze and Lilywhite Members will consist of the points gained in the previous four full seasons, as well as the current campaign. For example, for the start of the 2017/2018 Season the points gained for continuous membership will be totalled for the following seasons:

    • 2013/2014
    • 2014/2015
    • 2015/2016
    • 2016/2017

In addition, this total will be added to any points gained during the 2017/2018 Season.

At the end of next season, any points from the 2013/2014 Season will fall away to be replaced by points gained during the 2017/2018 season and also through the forthcoming 2018/2019 Season.

By having this ‘rolling’ system we are looking to show recognition to those supporters that have continued to maintain the most active match attendance records over a number of years. At the same time this alteration will ensure that supporters who gained a large number of loyalty points a number of years ago but are no longer able to attend matches as frequently do not maintain an unfair advantage in terms of access to tickets to the most attractive matches. As a result of these alterations, supporters who were One Hotspur Season Ticket, Bronze and Lilywhite Members prior to 2013/2014 will see their loyalty point totals drop. However, this will be the same for everyone, and new totals will reflect the continued active support over the last four full seasons. As an aide to supporters wishing to apply for away matches, and to assess the potential for their access to tickets, we also publish a Loyalty Point Table on the Club website. There are separate tables for One Hotspur Season Ticket, Bronze and Lilywhite Members and will show how many supporters there are in different loyalty point brackets. It is hoped that this level of information and transparency allows supporters to be fully informed prior to making applications for away matches.

MEMBERS WITH DISABILITIES OR ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

Please note that there is no difference in the renewal process for One Hotspur Season Ticket with disabilities or access requirements. Please renew your Season Ticket as indicated above before the deadline to ensure your membership does not lapse. The availability to accommodate our disabled supporters is much higher for our matches at Wembley Stadium, so should you not wish to renew your position in the space we have pre-allocated for you, you will be able to relocate in the second phase of sales and have a wider choice. Please also note that ALL Members with a disability or other access provision must submit a new Access Requirement Form in addition outlining all your access requirements and reason for requesting a Personal Assistant, if required. This will enable the Access Team to better meet those requirements at Wembley and as we move forward in our planning for our new stadium. You can download and print the Access Requirement Form here. Please complete and return to The Access Team via email access@tottenhamhotspur.com or send via post to The Access Team, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, Lilywhite House, 782,High Road, Tottenham, N17 0BX. Download the Access Requirement Form here.

For 2017/2018 Season proof of eligibility is required from ALL disabled supporters wishing to purchase tickets and the Club will accept any of the following as supporting evidence:

    • Qualifying annual uprating letter
    • A statement of higher or middle rate disability living allowance as issued by the Department of Work & Pensions
    • Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance
    • Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
    • The Access Card (Details available from http://www.accesscard.org.uk/)
    • Registration document which certifies that you are Registered Blind or Partially Sighted.
    • Veterans Agency letter confirming War Disablement Pension
    • A personal letter outlining your access requirements from your hospital specialist (dated within the last two months)

Please note: This list is not exhaustive and consideration will be given to any other evidence that can be provided. This does not automatically entitle the disabled supporter to a free personal assistant. This is assessed on its own merit, on a case by case basis. You will be required to submit an Access Requirement Form in addition outlining all your access requirements and reason for requesting a Personal Assistant, if you require one. This will enable the Access Team to better meet those requirements at Wembley and as we move forward to our new stadium. Once we have reviewed your documentation you will not need to provide further evidence for a period of 3 years or unless there is a change to your access requirements.

Where a supporter would find it unreasonably difficult or impossible to access the stadium or services offered, the Club will allow the supporter to bring a personal assistant and be given a complimentary ticket in order for them to assist with your matchday experience. It is important to understand that the personal assistant ticket is not a concessionary ticket but is actually a reasonable adjustment made by the Club to enable a disabled supporter to more easily access the full range of matchday services (This is in line with current UK legislation as described in the Equality Act 2010).

In determining whether an assistant may be required, we will take account of whether the time, inconvenience, effort, discomfort, anxiety or loss of dignity entailed in using our services would be considered unreasonable by other people if they had to endure similar difficulties.

The personal assistant should sit with the disabled supporter to assist him/her and whilst we accept that the personal assistant may be another disabled person or a young person (under 16), we would advise all supporters that you attend the match with a personal assistant who is at least 18years of age and is fully capable of meeting your needs, this includes lifting of any equipment. It should also be noted that when entering the Stadium, the personal assistant must enter at the same time as the disabled supporter.

Please note: The Club reserves the right to retrospectively seek additional proof of eligibility where there is an element of reasonable doubt as to the need for a personal assistant. Where there is no requirement for a personal assistant as a reasonable adjustment, the disabled supporter will be advised of a reasonable time frame to purchase the additional 2017/2018 Season Ticket at the prevailing rate.

If you have any additional questions regarding access requirements at Wembley Stadium, view our frequently asked questions section on our iSpurs information hub or please contact our Access Team on 0208 3655161 or 0208 3655360
