We have recently confirmed that Wembley Stadium, connected by EE, will stage all our home games next season. It’s now time to renew your One Hotspur Season Ticket for what promises to be another exciting season for our Club.
Further to the announcement earlier this month detailing the renewal process for Season Ticket Holders for 2017/2018, each 2016/2017 Season Ticket Holder will initially be pre-allocated a seat at Wembley alongside the supporters they currently sit with at White Hart Lane. You will be able to see the seat allocated to you by logging on to your online ticketing account. This seat selection has been based on the current location of your seat and the price of your Season Ticket at the Lane. If you choose to accept the seat that is pre-allocated to you, then all you have to do is renew by 5pm Tuesday 23 May 2017.
Should you decide not to accept our initial seat offer and not renew by this date, then your allocated seat will be released and a second renewal window will open on Thursday 25 May 2017 for 2016/2017 Season Ticket Holders to select an alternative location from the range of seats available. This second renewal window will provide an opportunity for existing Season Ticket Holders that do not currently sit together with friends or relatives, or who wish to upgrade, to now do so. Existing Season Ticket Holders will have until Wednesday 31 May 2017 to select an alternative seat from the choice available. See below for more information regarding payment options during Phase 2.
This renewal website will allow you to explore the Season Ticket options available to you next season including moving seats, prices, additional payment options and frequently asked questions such as Bronze Members upgrading to a Season Ticket Holder plus information on your new benefits like the money-can't-buy offer of a keyring containing blades of grass taken from the pitch of White Hart Lane.

The pricing of season tickets for 2017/2018 is for 19 Premier League games only. Concession pricing will apply in all areas of the stadium for supporters under the age of 18 and over 65 years at the same rate as currently applied at White Hart Lane. We will have an identified area of Wembley Stadium that will be designated as a Family Area for supporters wanting to sit with other family groups at home matches. These seats will be located in Blocks 106 and 107 of the north-east area of Wembley Stadium. Important information on Seat Availability during Phase 2: Blocks 119-121: These areas were not available during Phase 1 as these could form part of any increased away allocation for domestic cup ties. Approximately 1,800 seats in these areas will be made available during Phase 2 on the understanding that anyone buying a Season Ticket in these areas could be relocated for some cup fixtures
Rows 1-8 in Blocks 130 – 137 (West) and 108 – 112 (East) as these may be affected by LED advertising boards and camera positions, especially for matches in UEFA competition. Approximately 1,800 seats in these areas will be made available during Phase 2 on the understanding that anyone buying a Season Ticket in these areas could be relocated for some cup fixtures
All General Admission seats on Level 2 (Club Wembley) will be made available during Phase 2 which will be approximately 10,000 seats on this level
Rows 1 – 20 in Blocks 501 – 505, 522 – 531 and 548 – 552 will be made available in front areas of Level 5 at Wembley on both the North and South sides. This will equate to approximately a further 10,000 seats on this level
Finally, any seats not renewed by existing Season Ticket Holders during Phase 1 will also be released and made available during Phase 2
If a current Season Ticket Holder in the East Stand at White Hart Lane wishes to relocate to an alternative seat on LEVEL 1 in the South Stand at Wembley other than that pre-allocated, we will freeze the offer price throughout Phases 1 & 2 of the renewal process to ensure that no season ticket holder is paying any more for their ticket in a similar location within the stadium. If you have chosen not to renew your pre-allocated seat(s) for next season’s matches at Wembley Stadium, the focus now moves to Phase 2 of the renewals process where White Hart Lane Season Ticket Holders who have not renewed during Phase 1 are able to select an alternative seating location for next season.
Phase 2 of the sales process will open at 9.30am on Thursday 25 May, and will provide 2016/17 Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to select an alternative option of their choice from the remaining seats. Current estimates are that a maximum of 5,800 people will be able to access the Phase 2 process.
This window is ONLY open to 2016/2017 Season Ticket Holders that did NOT renew during Phase 1 of the process. Renew now IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PAYMENT DURING PHASE 2 There will not be a limit on the maximum number of seats that can be reserved by a single group of existing Season Ticket Holders, however it should be highlighted that the larger the group the less selection there is likely to be from available seats.
We are well aware that while groups of supporters will want to select seats together during this phase of renewals, they are likely to want to pay separately for their Season Tickets.
Therefore one person from a group will be able to RESERVE the chosen seats from those available.
At this time you will be asked to submit one Credit or Debit Card to be held against the reservation. NO PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN AT THIS POINT but the seats will be held and confirmed for you.
Once the reservation has been confirmed supporters are asked to wait for at least 24 hours at which point each individual Season Ticket Holder that has reserved a seat during Phase 2 will be able to access their online account or call through on 0344 844 0102 (Option 1) to pay for their individual seat in full. At this time all methods of payment will be available to them, including the 10-month financing plan operated by the Club’s Season Ticket financing partner, V12 Finance which can be applied for online only.
All seats must be paid for no later than midday on Friday 2 June 2017. After this date any Season ticket seats not paid for will be cancelled and made available to new Season Ticket Holders.
During this Phase 2 process all Season Ticket bookings will need to follow the above process, even if all seats are to be paid by one method of payment. This will allow us to appropriately manage the seat allocations during this complex process.
New Season tickets will begin to be offered out to members on the Season Ticket Waiting List from early June. Any current Season Ticket Holder wishing to sit with people who may be offered a new Season Ticket are advised that they MUST renew their own Season Ticket before the end of Phase 2. If they then wish to relocate with a new Season Ticket Holder they should contact us when the new offer has been accepted and we will look what options are available to bring groups together.
Priority WILL be given to ensure that younger supporters who move from the Waiting List to being a Season Ticket Holder are able to sit with family members who already own a Season Ticket.
No new Season Tickets will be available to One Hotspur Bronze Members during Phase 2.
Thanks to the increase in capacity both at Wembley Stadium and our new stadium, we expect to be able to make up to 18,000 new Season Tickets available to eligible One Hotspur Bronze Members.

Cash and Cheque payments are only accepted from supporters that personally visit the Ticket Office with Photo ID. The Ticket Office is open Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:00pm.
