Junior Members


    Renewing by Direct Debit will not only save you money on your One Hotspur membership for 2015/2016 Season but it means that you will be safe in the knowledge that for future seasons your renewal will be hassle free. You will need the help of a parent or guardian to do this for you.

    Important Information for Parents or Guardians renewing a Junior membership:

    By selecting ‘ANNUAL DIRECT DEBIT’ when you are online as a payment method, you will see the special lower discount price applied. If renewing by phone, simply advise the phone operator that you wish to pay by Direct Debit and they will apply the special lower discount price.

    If you chose to renew by Direct Debit* you will receive an email confirmation when your Direct Debit has gone through successfully. Should there be any issues with your direct debit payment, an email will be sent to you notify you of what action you need to take to ensure that your membership goes through for next season.




    We are pleased to tell One Hotspur Members who pay by Direct Debit that your One Hotspur membership will be automatically renewed for the 2015/2016 Season! Please note that no action is required at this time and that your membership fee will be automatically debited from your account between Friday 15 May*

    Shortly after you will receive an email confirmation when your Direct Debit has processed successfully. Should there be any issues with your Direct Debit payment you will be contacted and advised what action you need to take to ensure that your membership is renewed for next season.


    Please make sure that your details are up to date online through e-tickets. Simply log in and on the left panel click 'MY ACCOUNT' then click 'EDIT DETAILS'.

    Please ensure that your Direct Debit Instruction is still active with your bank. If your instruction has been cancelled please ask your bank to re-activate the instruction to ensure your membership continues for the 2015/2016 Season. If you cancel the Direct Debit arrangement you will need to renew again by standard payment options before the renewal deadline date on Friday 19 June to ensure that your membership is renewed and all Loyalty Points and Season Ticket Waiting List are maintained.

    If you do not want to renew for next season please contact the Club via email or letter with your Client Reference Number by 5pm on Friday 8 May. Please contact your bank to cancel your Direct Debit Instruction.

    *A £1.50 booking fee will apply with Direct Debit renewals

    Please note that Direct Debit is only available for applicants for One Hotspur UK memberships.

    There are several ways in which you can pay for your membership:

    CARD - At Tottenham Hotspur we accept all major credit and debit cards EXCEPT Diners, Solo and Electron.

    Please note that we now accept American Express.

    ONLINE -

    To renew online, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and subject to a £1.50 service charge.

    Phone lines are open Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday to Sunday 8am - 6pm. Renewals by phone are subject to a £1.75 service charge. If you are calling from outside the UK, please call +44 (0)207 998 1068.


    Cash and Cheque payments are only accepted from supporters that personally visit the Ticket Office with Photo ID and their 2014/2015 One Hotspur Stadium Access Card. The Ticket Office is open Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:00pm.
