    1.How does the renewal process work?
    All the information you need to renew your One Hotspur membership is available online on tottenhamhotspur.com/renewal

    Log in to renew now
    and type in your Client Reference Number and password. Alternatively call the Ticket Office having your Client Reference number to hand on 0344 844 0102 (option 1).

    Please note that for Bronze and Lilywhite Members a £1.50 booking fee will be charged for the renewals taken online and a £1.75 charge for renewals by telephone. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday to Sunday 8am - 6pm.

    2. What is the closing date for renewal?
    One Hotspur Season ticket renewal is now closed. Season ticket Members not renewed will be released to Bronze Members. Please note that the deadline date is not flexible and no exceptions will be made.
     
    Bronze and Lilywhite Members have until 5pm on Friday 19 June 2015 to retain your place on the Season Ticket Waiting List (Bronze Members only), in addition to keeping Loyalty Points previously earned. Please note that this deadline is not flexible and no exceptions can be made.

    3. What if I can’t access the internet or don’t want to give my details online?
    You can renew your One Hotspur membership by phone on 0344 844 0102 (option 1). We will take all your details, you will be charged a booking fee for renewing by phone. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday to Sunday 8am - 6pm.

    You can also renew in person at the Ticket Office on the High Road. You MUST bring your One Hotspur Stadium Access Card and as well as a form of photo ID with you for the renewal to be processed over the counter. Anyone paying in this way will face the possibility of having to queue at busy times (usually between the hours of 12noon and 2pm weekdays).
