    1.How does the renewal process work?
    All the information you need to renew your One Hotspur membership is available online on

    Log in to renew now
    and type in your Client Reference Number and password. Alternatively call the Ticket Office having your Client Reference number to hand on 0344 844 0102. Please note that a £2.25 booking fee will be charged for the renewals taken online and a £3.50 charge for renewals by telephone for Season Ticket Holders.

    2. What is the closing date for renewal?
    Season Ticket Members have until 5pm on Thursday 30 April 2015 to renew for the 2015/2016 Season. Season tickets Members not renewed by this deadline will be released to Bronze Members. Please note that this date is not flexible and no exceptions will be made.
    3. When is the Bronze and Lilywhite Adult and Junior renewal process open?
    One Hotspur Bronze and Lilywhite Adult and Junior Members will be able to renew from the week commencing Monday 20 April ahead of the renewal packs being sent. Keep an eye on our Club channels for further updates. You will have until 5pm on Friday 19 June 2015 to renew for the 2015/2016 Season.

    Bronze Members are required to renew by this date in order to retain their place on the Season Ticket Waiting List.

    4. What if I can’t access the internet or don’t want to give my details online?
    You can renew your One Hotspur membership by phone on 0344 844 0102. We will take all your details, you will be charged a £1.75 booking fee for renewing by phone.

    You can also renew in person at the Ticket Office on the High Road. You MUST bring your One Hotspur Stadium Access Card and as well as a form of photo ID with you for the renewal to be processed over the counter. Anyone paying in this way will face the possibility of having to queue at busy times (usually between the hours of 12noon and 2pm weekdays).
