Young goalkeeper took his place on the first-team bench on six occasions in 2007-08, underlining his continued development.

A product of our Academy system, Tommy came to the fore in 2004-05 with a string of fine displays as our Under-18s reached the semi-finals of the FA Youth Cup, including saves in a penalty shoot-out at Anfield!

Has been a regular in our reserve squad since then although appearances have always been at a premium with the quality of goalkeepers at the club.

That was the case again in 2007-08, when he shared reserve duties with Ben Alnwick and David Button, starting seven times in the Barclays Reserve League South.
