IMPORTANT STADIUM ACCESS CARD INFORMATION FOR ONE HOTSPUR BRONZE AND LILYWHITE MEMBERS
As a One Hotspur Member you will be aware, during the summer we replaced Stadium Access Cards for all One Hotspur Season Ticket Holders and Members. This was the first time since the start of the 2010/2011 season that new cards have been issued.
Unfortunately, it has come to light that a number of cards that were produced by a third party for One Hotspur Bronze and Lilywhite Members have been produced with a faulty barcode, resulting in issues at the point of entry to the stadium for some supporters at the opening matches of the new season. We are continuing to conduct thorough investigations with our supplier to identify the scale of the problem.
Members who have purchased tickets for next weekend’s match against Norwich City are advised that in order to ensure minimal inconvenience, we will be issuing paper tickets for this fixture. Tickets will be despatched via first class post today to the registered address of the members that booked these tickets.
All Season Ticket Stadium Access Cards were produced at White Hart Lane and Season Ticket Holders will have been able to use their new cards to access the stadium without any issues at the recent home matches against Swansea City and Dinamo Tblisi. There are no issues with Season Ticket Stadium Access Cards and Silver, Gold and Platinum Members should continue to use these cards to enter the stadium.
Due to this issue, cards have not yet been sent to Members who joined after late July. These will be despatched shortly and we will continue to update members on this situation in due course.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and will continue to keep Members updated on the situation in the coming days.
Best wishes, Ian Murphy Head of Ticketing & Membership
