Chris Ramsey reckons we’ll get to see what Ryan Mason is all about this season.
The midfielder has recovered from a hamstring injury and is now ready for a run of games on a season-long loan at Swindon Town.
Ryan, who has made four first team appearances at Spurs, scored a second half hat-trick as the Robins hammered Crewe last weekend.
Chris, our Senior Professional Phase Coach, watches our loanees closely and firmly believes Ryan will now come into his own at the County Ground.
“Ryan is one of the most gifted players at the club,” said Chris. “He’s been plagued with niggly injuries, which haven’t helped his progress, hopefully he’ll now stay injury free and continue to put in performances like that.
“The hat-trick was the icing on the cake but if you saw the game, his passing and ability to show flair in his play was unprecedented on that day. There was no-one on the pitch who could touch him.”
