Our former international goalkeeper Espen Baardsen enjoys a jet-set lifestyle these days - and he's delighted to see the Club flying high as we head into the new season with justifiable optimism.
The 35-year-old, who was part of our League Cup-winning squad of 1999, believes we're capable of not only nailing down a regular top four berth in the Barclays Premier League - but pushing on to invade the top three.
"The team has been doing well and it's good to see that on a consistent basis the Club has been winding up a lot higher in the table," said Espen, who kept tabs from afar on our ongoing challenge owing to his hectic travel schedule.
"It just needs that one extra little push to maybe get into the top three. But everyone knows that will be very tough. Still, the Club has done very well to get this far and anything is possible."
Espen, who played for us between 1996 and 2000, added: "I try to get to two or three games per season and always watch matches on television wherever I am."
With the growth of web and mobile digital platforms, the Club has decided to take many of Hotspur's most popular features and include them as part of the new E-Hotspur membership that includes access to exclusive video interviews from players and coaches, downloadable match photos and wall papers as well as the chance to take part in polls and man-of-the match votes.
Many of the popular features from the magazine will be on e-Hotspur including fans' favourites like 'Dream Team' and 'My Spurs Debut', but there are a whole host of new features as well.
We've five new features available now...
