Our German wing-back was replaced by David Galbraith after 35 minutes of our 3-2 friendly win at Adams Park seemingly feeling some discomfort from the serious thigh injury that threatened to end his career last season.
"It was a little bit disappointing that we had to bring him off," said Glenn. "It's nothing major and not a fresh injury but there are still problems to overcome.
"The surgeon said there would be a few problems to overcome mentally and physically.
"As it was such an intense operation, some of the nerves were cut and that he's not used to the sensation he got at Wycombe. Fingers crossed he'll be okay though."
Glenn Hoddle has confirmed that Christian Ziege did not suffer a fresh injury after he trudged off early at Wycombe on Saturday.
