The German star has trained well for the last few days in the heat of Dubai and says he's 'ready to play'.
Christian, out for over a year with thigh and knee problems, said: "I am completely fit now.
"I feel fantastic in training, everything is back now and there are no problems at all. I hope it stays that way. I'm just delighted to back, I feel 100 per cent and I'm ready to play."
Christian has enjoyed this training break in the desert heat - especially the time with his team-mates.
"Obviously the weather is nice compared to London, the pitches we've trained on are okay and I'm happy," he added.
"I've trained, had good sessions and everything is fine.
"I think the main thing is being able to spend more time with each other.
"Normally you have a training session, it finishes, everyone goes their own way but here, you train, you go back to the hotel, have dinner and everyone is together.
"You have more chance to talk to each other about things you would never talk about back home. It is the chance to be all together."
Christian Ziege says he feels back to 100 per cent fitness.
