FA PREMIER ACADEMY LEAGUE

Spurs 1 QPR 1

Boss Pat Holland was delighted with this draw against a team at the top of their section in the FPAL.

We went ahead after 25 minutes when the QPR defence was caught square and Yannick Kamanan did the rest.

After taking the greater share of possession and chances in the first half the second half was a more even affair and QPR grabbed an equaliser with just 10 minutes remaining.

Pat reflected: "We played ever so well in the first half, QPR played with a flat back four and we managed to expose them.

"To be fair the second half evened out a bit but they are top of their section and it was a good performance."

Spurs U19s: Attwell, Kelly, Herron, Partin, Makumbu, Bowditch, Snee, Ferguson, Kamanan, Jackson, Burke (Barnard 80).

Spurs 1 Charlton 4

David Galbraith's superb 30-yard effort was the highlight as the Under-17s slipped to a rare league defeat against Charlton.

Spurs 17s: Burch, Gardner, McKie, Marney, Henry, Foster, Lee, Hughes, Sutton, Vedeux, Galbraith. Subs: Noto, Rutherford, Eaton, Wetner.
