The Academy team was a bit like the walking wounded following the 3rd round win over Nottingham Forest and Pat admits this proved a concern.
"I think we were down to about five players at one point from those who started that game, so it has been worrying," he reported.
"The good news is, both Andy Barcham and Leigh Mills have come through and trained with both looking fairly sharp.
"Schoolboy Joe Martin turned his ankle in the playground on Friday, but I spoke to his parents and they are optimistic he will be alright, which is a plus.
"Jacques Maghoma is out and that is disappointing, while Tommy Forecast damaged his arm but that is okay now.
"We're gradually creeping back to what the side was against Forest. We're taking 16 players up there, plus a couple of the lads for the trip who are injured but have done well all season as a reward for them."
Pat Holland has received welcome news on the injury front ahead of his under-18 side's trip to Liverpool in the 4th round of the FA Youth Cup.
