Dean Parrett was the hero for England's Under-19s on Monday as his equaliser against holders Ukraine took the Young Lions through to this summer's European Championship Finals.
Noel Blake's side knew that avoiding defeat would see them through the Elite Qualifying Round after victories over the Republic of Ireland and Bosnia-Herzegovina last week.
But things became tense when Ukraine nudged ahead in Kiev with nine minutes remaining, knowing that another goal would mean they advanced with a superior goal difference.
However, the pressure was almost immediately relieved when midfielder Dean rammed home after good work from substitute and fellow Spurs man Andros Townsend.
Defender Steven Caulker was also a starter in the game and has played every minute of the Elite Qualifying Round at the end of a season in which he featured 46 times in his loan spell at League One Yeovil Town, where he scooped their Player of the Year award.
John Bostock was an unused sub in the final game but contributed with the third goal in the 4-0 victory over Bosnia. Meanwhile, it was Dean's second goal of the round having hit the winner in the opening game against Ireland.
The lads will now all hope to be involved in the Finals which take place in northern France later this summer.
