The chairman of Chicago Spurs was given the opportunity to take a trip down to the tunnel and onto pitchside ahead of Sunday's Premier League clash against Fulham.
"This is my first time here and I feel incredibly blessed that my first view of White Hart Lane is from pitchside!" said Denny.
"It’s unreal to see something that you’ve only ever seen on TV and perceive to be such a distance away, to have it right in front of you is a wonderful feeling.
"It’s special. As we were walking down the tunnel, I saw Mousa Dembele and Clint Dempsey, then Gareth Bale, amazing athletes at the peak of their careers and to see them first-hand is a real honour."
Moments later and he was greeted by one of his heroes, Steffen Freund, who posed for photographs pitchside.
Chicago Spurs are based out of The Atlantic Bar & Grill in Lincoln Square and Denny reported a surge in interest in Spurs in the Windy City.
"Our club is about five or six years old now and we’ve grown a tremendous amount," he explained. "We have a dedicated Spurs pub, they don’t show any other team apart from Tottenham and we’re lucky in the US that we can see most games.
"The crowd is enthusiastic and the atmosphere comes through, so if we hear the fans sing ‘Oh When The Spurs, Go Marching In...’ we’ll sing along.
"We’ve had as many as 100 people a time to matches and 200 different people join us this season.
"Anyone in Chicago can reach out to us. If anyone wants to watch Spurs in Chicago, they have a home with us."
