Jonathan Woodgate completed the full 90 minutes in a training ground friendly win against Dagenham & Redbridge on Tuesday.
It was the defender's first full 90-minute stint since returning from a groin problem that he sustained in pre-season.
'Woody' - who played an hour on his return in an in-house practice match last week - partnered Michael Dawson at the back in the 3-0 win against the Daggers at Spurs Lodge.
Roman Pavlyuchenko netted twice and Dean Parrett bagged the third goal with Andros Townsend setting up the second and third goals.
Dean and Andros joined Jon Obika in the team - all three are currently on loan at Aldershot, Leyton Orient and Yeovil respectively but able to play in these matches under the terms of their youth loans.
Alan Hutton, David Bentley and Kyle Naughton also played while John Bostock continued his return from injury by getting another hour's action under his belt.
Development coach Clive Allen reported: "It was an excellent match for us and another training ground game that we've got a lot out of.
"We've players returning from injury including Jonathan Woodgate playing 90 minutes and the chance for some of the youth loan players to come in and play, that's part of their youth loan agreements and that has worked well for us.
"Dagenham made it difficult for us, we had to solve problems and the most important thing is that the players have had the right sort of work out and we've got the right result at the end of it."
