Wish List 18

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Lee Atkins: For some years we have missed a real flair midfield player, someone in the Gazza/Hoddle class. Also need 2 class strikers, consider Zamora, Flo, Henrik Larsson, Robbie Keane.

Craig Collard: As for a striker then we definitely do not want Phillips, he blows to hot and cold. The man we need is Cisse, sure he'd come at a price but he IS the French Michael Owen!

Sam Hesketh: Start with buying Darren Purse and buy Ventola (Inter) and also Fortune.

Raymond Charles: We need to offload the veterans, Ferdinand, Sherwood and Poyet and bring in someone to hold the midfield like George Boateng as he wants to leave Villa. And two new strikers please! Juan Pablo Angel and Malcolm Christie are ripe for the picking so let's not waste time like we normally do and wait for some other club to buy them and then prove how stupid we were for not buying them by scoring lots of goals!

Dean Neofitou: I agree with most suggestions, I think we need a brilliant central defender, which could hopefully teach King and Gardner a bit more to even extend their footy knowledge, Stam would be ideal! I also think a defensive midfielder and there is only one contender (Effenburg). As for a striker, if we want a world class one we should go for Ronaldinho for psg! I know his a long shot but we should at least show interest. He is a fantastic player but his price will raise after the world cup!

Paul Glover: We need a good forward like Nuno Gomes who is up for sale. Shevchenko would of been great but now he has got too good that Milan won't sell him and Madrid are interested. Harry Kewell would be good but better clubs are intersted but we shouldn't give up. Bobby Zamora is a definite signing if we don't get him we will be sorry and also Malcolm Christie would be a fabulous signing.

Ross, James Edmonds: We need to be serious as a club who aren`t in euro we won`t get the big names. We need to get two strikers in three if Rebrov leaves. Clinton Morisson from Crystal Palace and somebody who is a natural goal scorer, e.g Phillips.

William Blyde: We need younsters and we need finishers. I suggest that Les is sold along with Freund, Sherwood and Taricco. The sale of these will raise funds to buy better young players. Robbie Keane is a wasted talent at Leeds so I'm sure that he will do wonders for us as he'll get first team football. Also Jaun Roman Riquelme is a wasted talent at Boca so I suggest you snap him up before anyone else does.

Tom Heyden: We have around 30 million to spend and it is time to replace some players. We need an attacking playmaker (Okocha or Koumas) and 2 strikers. The strikers should be two of the following: J.Aghahowa ***, M.Ricketts ***, K.Phillips *, Zamora *, M.Christie * or M.Palermo **

Danny Otter: Bring in Sorensen from Dortmund. He is a brilliant player and he doesn't get to play much in Germany. We should also bring in Adriano from Brazil. He is going to be the new Ronaldo.

Steve Carter: How about selling Taricco, Sherwood, Ferdy (sorry Les), Freund, Rebrov (if he isnt going to be played and if u can get a decent price for him), and possibly Perry. As for new signings, defensively I think that we will be quite solid once there is someone to organise the younger lads, I see Ronny Johnson is being released by Man utd and if injury free could be a great signing. Also Lucio of Bayer Leverkusen, as for midfield the signings of Redknapp and Acimovic are good to see, Redknapp is a real quality player and I am looking forward to seeing Acimovic in the World Cup. I would like to see a really battling midfielder such as Nicky Butt, Matt Holland of Ipswich or even Sean Davies of Fulham, also Man Utd are releasing Ronnie Wallwork who I have seen play for their reserves (my old man has MUTV) and he would be a good young signing. Maybe Cole and/or Carrick of West Ham (maybe getting a bit carried away with midfield) and finally forwards. I think Marcus Bent from Ipswich makes good runs and would score goals from the chances we create, Kevin Phillips
who's a proven goalscorer, Jason Euell from Charlton who is quick and has an eye for goal, or possibly Bridges or Keane from Leeds, oh and maybe Litmanen from Liverpool who would ideal for rotating with Teddy. I would just like to thank Glenn and his staff for getting us back to playing football the way it should be played.
