The under-19s, which comprised mostly of the side that triumphed over Portsmouth in the FA Youth Cup on Wednesday, followed up with a comfortable 3-0 away win over the Dons, while the under-17s registered a 1-0 victory at Spurs Lodge.
Goals from Lee Barnard, Mark Yeates and Jamie Slabber won the day for the under-19s and coach Pat Holland felt that the result was a continuation of the good work dispayed at Fratton Park earlier in the week.
"In a way it was a carry on from Wednesday evening," beamed Pat. Some of the football played was excellent, with Mark Yeates prominent in a lot of the good stuff."
Kieran McKenna scored the decisive goal for the under-17s, while keeper Nicky Eyre saved a penalty at the other end.
"I think we deserved it in the end because, although it wasn't a great game, we did work hard and I was quite pleased with them," commented coach Jimmy Neighbour.
A great week for our Academy was capped at the weekend with both the under-17 and under-19 sides securing wins over Wimbledon.
