Harry Redknapp paid tribute to William Gallas after his display in the stunning win at Arsenal.
Named skipper on his return to the Emirates, William was outstanding in the centre of defence as we came back from 2-0 down to win 3-2 in the Premier League on Saturday.
"I made him captain and thought he was brilliant, my man-of-the-match," said Harry.
"He's a very quiet guy, he just gets on with it and is a great professional.
"He's trained fantastic since I've been here and I don't know what we'd have done without him.
"We lost Ledley King, lost Michael Dawson and William's come in on a free transfer and been outstanding.
"He's also helped Younes Kaboul, who is emerging into a good player. Having William's experience alongside him has made a big difference."
