Kyle Walker is the subject of our main interview this weekend, the right-back telling us how he and his defensive colleagues take pride every time we keep a clean sheet.
“I don’t think many people have taken it into consideration really, but keeping clean sheets is like scoring goals for the defence,”
Kyle said. “It’s been fantastic but then we have got some quality defenders in the squad so perhaps it’s not a surprise.
“There’s Jan, Younes, Daws and Danny, who has come back from his loan spell at Sunderland and looked the part before his injury, my good friend Naughts, our new signing Vlad and even the young lads like Zeki, who has performed very well when he’s been given his chances. Add the goalkeepers to that and it shows the strength in depth we have this year.”

And as we prepare for what is sure to be another tantalising London derby at the Lane, we’ve got news and views from right across the club, as we seek to extend our unbeaten run heading into the international break.
Head Coach Andre Villas-Boas reflects on another productive week’s work, we take an in-depth look at West Ham United’s players and tactics, and as usual, we go back in time to dig out some of the forgotten memories from years gone by.
In addition, we look back on last weekend’s 1-1 draw against Chelsea, create a fantasy team of players who’ve represented both us and the Hammers, and Welsh legend and our Double-winning hero Cliff Jones recalls his favourite moments from the World Cup, as we continue our build-up to next summer’s finals in Brazil.
There’s all this, plus much more – including the latest from our Under-18s as they continued their 100 per cent start to the season with a comprehensive 4-1 win over Manchester City last week – in our matchday programme.
