Players from Tottenham Hotspur Ladies FC raised £2,300 for the Epping Breast Cancer Research Unit charity by holding a collection at The Lane on Saturday.
As part of a partnership between Spurs Ladies, the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation, Epping Breast Cancer Research and Cancer Research UK, the players were hoping to raise as much money as possible to be split between the organisations.
Every year more than 44,000 women in the UK are diagnosed with breast cancer, and because one in nine women will develop breast cancer at some point in their lives, the life-saving research of Cancer Research UK is critical.
The Epping unit is the largest research unit outside of London and treats patients from across Herts and Essex.
The Club would like to take this opportunity to thank fans for their contributions.
