Kevin Bond is determined to put one over Blackpool on Saturday after our defeat at Bloomfield Road in February.
Our trip to the seaside proved one to forget as we created a host of chances but goals from Charlie Adam, DJ Campbell and Brett Ormerod secured a 3-1 win for the home side.
We only had Roman Pavlyuchenko's late strike to show as a consolation.
Ian Holloway's men now sit in 17th place, one above the relegation zone but level on points with Wigan.
But we have to win the match as we try to haul back City - now seven points clear in fourth with four games remaining. Liverpool have also jumped ahead of us in fifth on goal difference having played a game more.
"You're never going to get an easy game in the Premier League, full-stop, and even more so at this time of the season," reasoned assistant boss Kevin.
"It can't come any harder than playing a side scrapping to stay in the Premier League, the Holy Grail for every team.
"So we expect a really difficult game against Blackpool. We certainly owe them one. We lost at Bloomfield Road earlier in the season and result-wise, we were well and truly beaten but that scoreline wasn't a true reflection of the game.
"We owe them one and we'll be doing our utmost to get the three points."
