That goal is a strong run-in to the Premier League campaign and a place in the top four.
After a break over the weekend with opponents Chelsea in FA Cup semi-final action, we return to action against Manchester City at White Hart Lane on Sunday.
Arsenal's late win against Norwich means they have now leapfrogged ourselves and Chelsea, with just a point between the three teams in third, fourth and fifth.
"We have to stay together and to go for that top four place in the Premier League," said Jan.
"We have a rest, we clear our heads and we come back against Manchester City.
"A lot of players could be coming back, important players and we only have big games now, City, Chelsea, all cup finals. We go for the highest place possible."
Crestfallen after our penalty shoot-out defeat in the quarter-finals in Switzerland, Jan feels the team will take strength from that disappointment.
"You could see there was a team together on the pitch, we really fought for each other for 120 minutes," he added. "I hope it makes us stronger."
