The midfielder was left somewhat shellshocked by the performance as we succumbed to a 3-0 loss in the Premier League at Stoke on Saturday.
The players are working to put that right when they walk out at the Lane for the last time this season on Saturday against a Hull side that dropped into the bottom three after the weekend's results.
“We really wanted to bounce back bat Stoke after losing to Manchester City but unfortunately we didn’t show up, and that’s the truth," said Nabil.
“It was a really bad day for us.
“We kept fighting when we had 10 men but it wasn't enough.
“It wasn’t our day and now we have to perform well in our next match against Hull, our last match at home.
“Hull will be determined to get points but so will we in front of our fans.
"We have to show character now and show how strong we are.”
